Why you should wake up late in the morning? - Theoretically proved!



Since childhood, we are always said that getting up early in the morning is good. Right here, I'll theoretically prove why you should actually get up late in the morning:

  1. It has been scientifically advised (by the Indian Dental Association) that we should brush our teeth twice a day once after getting up and once in the night before sleeping for optimum oral hygiene.
  2. All the major toothpaste brands only give a guarantee of 12 hours for your teeth protection (it's not so much of a guarantee though)
  3. Assuming you sleep at 11 pm in the night, you will most probably brush your teeth in between 10-11 pm(if at all!).
  4. A day has 24 hours and toothpaste protects our teeth for 12 hours. So there can be only one way to divide the day between the two times you brush your teeth for best oral health.
  5. Thus, the next ideal time for brushing would be 12 hours later, that is 10-11 am.
  6. It is suggested to brush you teeth as soon as you wake up for good dental health!
  7. Thus you need to wake up around your next scheduled teeth brushing time which is 10-11am. 
Hence proved! :P
